The fine wire is always "Finger Guided" onto each coil.
No automatic machine or cam is ever used.
Our machine is a duplicate of Leo's 1950s winder.
Using the very best sounding vintage winding pattern that was ever
discovered by "Josie's 50s wind pattern".
Everything is made and done just like it was in 1950 all over again.
We have back-engineered only the very best of those old 1950s,
hand-wound patterns, and settled on one special pattern.
We call it the "Josie Wrap." We use it on all our pickups.

We use our reverse-engineered 1951 vintage
"Josie" winding pattern "full-time." It's on everything we do here!
We located the finest Alnico magnets made.
They really do sound much better than any magnets we have ever heard!
We also use the very best quality vintage-spec copper,magnet coil wire that's being made today. (beautiful toned wire)!
Our winder is a duplicate of Leo's very first original winder.
So your entire pickup coil is wrapped nice and tight around your magnets
and that way the overall output is more powerful and
the brighter high-end has lots head-room to spare
(no metalic harshness - no bright ear snap- no meshing of high notes)!
