MICROPHONIC Quality is already been- pre built- right In, the cause of squeal has been removed!'
A microphonic quality is built right in to these pickups - I do things to insure the good ones stay and the bad ones are gone, You can still hear clicks and talk into my pickups 'because we're after that true Old School tone!
The degree is moderate to avoid unwanted squeal. Currently, we take out the squeal and leave in the good microphonics.
DO YOU USE HIGH METAL-ish or HIGH stage 2 GAIN? Please let me know this when you order - (email us) or use "send a note" window at PayPalthen we will wax pot the pickups, a few more minutes longer so they will handle higher gain,as is Tube-Scream pedal's are fine - it's the heavier Gain/Metal-ish pedals that will cause unwanted higher gain squeal -
TIP; Squeel is caused from air gaps that run along two flat surfaces, I machine the two flat T-Bridge's surfaces to create a airless seal, then allow just enough Wax between the two to create a Bond.
